What is a NY Style bagel?

Crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside...a great NY bagel has little air pockets on the outer skin of the bagel. These air pockets contribute to the wonderful crunch and are a result of the unique fermentation process + boil/bake process we use.

Do you have Gluten Free bagels?

Sorry, we do not offer GF bagels. Our shop isn't large enough to strictly adhere to the requirements. We will consider partnering with a 3rd party GF bagel provider in the future.

Are your bagels Vegan?

The majority of our bagels are in fact Vegan. The only bagels that currently contain dairy products are our cheese bagels. Even our chocolate chip bagel contains non-dairy semi-sweet morsels.

Where do your lox (cold-smoked salmon) come from?

The Atlantic Ocean and prepared in Brooklyn, NY!

Should I have you slice my bagels?

If you plan to have your bagels eaten on the SAME day, we would be happy to slice them for you. Once our bagels are sliced open and the air hits the inside of the bagel ("the crumb"), the bagel will lose its freshness rapidly.

Our bagels can stay fresh for up to 5 days unsliced if kept in a brown paper bag without air inside the bag (bonus points if you place that brown paper bag inside a Ziplock bag!)
